1. I don't see my child's school listed on my smart phone, what should I do?
Ask your child's school to visit www.quickqueues.com and sign up. Once they sign up, they will let you know the next steps for you to use QManager to pick your child up from the school.
2. How does QManager work?
Once your school signs up at www.quickqueues.com, they add you as a parent and assign you a unique key. They also add your child(ren) to quickqueues.com. Once this is done, you can register yourself on your smartphone (Android, iPhone, Win 7). As you approach the school to pick your child(ren) up, you can run QManager on your smartphone and it will transmit your location to an iPad on the inside of the school. This will help school the administrator bring your child(ren) out as you approach the dismissal queue.

3. Do the school staff hand children over to anyone who
has a Smart Phone running QManager?
No! The school always verifies the
identity of everyone who claims a child using QManager through a visual. This
step is a fail-safe already built into any school's dismissal process, QManager
does not alter this in any way. Please see your child's school staff for details on this process as they own it.
4. What happens if I lose my phone or it gets stolen?
Immediately log in to this website using your unique
key and click on "Remove My Device". This will unauthorize your phone from
claiming your child. You can also call the school and have them Remove your
device from the system.
5. Do I have control over who picks up my children?
QManager is built on top of the schools' existing
dismissal process. If you have allowed the school to authorize others e.g.
guardians, nanny's, neighbors to pick up your children, you can always revoke
this authorization by logging into our system using your unique key.
6. Which SmartPhones does QManager support?
Android, iPhone and Windows Phone
7. What if I don't have a Smart Phone?
Parents who don't have a Smart Phone can still
sign using the school's iPad. Dismissal for these parents or guardians will
still be faster than before.
8. What are the requirements to install and use QManager?
One of the above Smartphones with a working GPS and a connection to the internet either through your phone provider (3G or 4G) or wifi.
9. Are there any costs to using QManager?
No. The app is free to download for parents on their smart phone. The only cost you may incur is through your data plan with your phone carrier.

11. Can I use my unique key to register on more than 1 phone?
No. 1 unique key can be used for only 1 phone.
If you use more than 1 phone, you can contact the school and have them create
another unique key for your second phone.
12. Can I share my unique key with my spouse and other guardians?
No. Each unique key is unique to one individual.
This is how we ensure the highest security for this system. Your spouse and
other authorized adults will need to be added to this system by the school once
they go through the school's current identification check. Please contact the
school to add them.
13. When I use QManager, I get the message "These credentials are already in use
on another phone. Please either delete from the other phone or use new
credentials on this phone". What do I do?
You are getting this message because the key you
are trying to use is already in use on another phone. You can get past this
message in 2 ways: 1, find the phone you used this unique key on and delete the
registration from the MENU. 2, log in to
www.QuickQueues.com using your unique key and delete from the system. You
can then register the unique key on your new phone.
